      Customer Service Manager - Digital Production

      We are looking for a committed individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills for one of our clients based in the UK. Should be confident, self directed and highly proficient in spoken English.  Will have have to work as an individual contributor with minimal supervision. The position is based out of our office in Malleswaram, Bangalore. We are an established IT Services and Products Company with clients in the UK and India. We prefer an individual with prior teaching or training experience. Should be proficient in the use of computers.

      Roles and Responsibilities

      1. As the Digital Production Manager for our client who is in the online training business, you will work across their key client/customer accounts to ensure the smooth planning and execution of each of their client projects with a focus on ensuring clients are kept happy and work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

      2. Your job will require you to project manage new clients by setting content deadlines and suggesting best practice for content in order to design their course(s) to go live by the mutual deadlines set.

      3. Your role also requires you to maintain a publishing schedule and internal admin systems so that the client has a clear view of the status of each course project.

      Key Responsibilities & Duties

      1. Liaise with BDMs and AMs to ensure that the client has a clear understanding of requirements

      2. Work with new clients/customers to ensure they understand their role and responsibilities in terms of content delivery, timely review and sign off

      3. Work with existing clients/customers in conjunction with the relevant account manger to edit courses update existing navigation pages, create copy courses and new versions of existing courses etc.

      4. Ensure courses are produced and delivered on time and to the highest quality. This includes making sure courses are delivered in line with client’s brand guidelines and the client's standards for content formats, logos formatting, course structure etc.

      5. Project manage course production so that course(s) go live by the mutually agreed date.

      6. Provide weekly updates so that all stakeholders have an accurate understanding of each client’s course status.

      7. Ensure the client has an excellent experience throughout the process thus maintaining valuable client relationships.

      8. Any other duties that support the creation and delivery of training courses
