Absenteeism harms a student's academic results. Students with insufficient attendance underperform in exams. Teachers believe that regular class attendance enables students to learn and enhance educational outcomes. Adverse relationship between students and teachers is a crucial factor that impacts attendance.

      Monitor absenteeism

Teachers must capture and monitor students' attendance through advanced systems and connect to the grading of overall performance.

Connect with students through email and messaging

Teachers must inform absentee students through various channels of communication, including email notification, and encourage students to attend classes regularly.

Maintain the moral high with good curriculum

The school system must identify redundant features in the curriculum and incorporate generic attributes with a set of preferred skills across different programs to enhance collaborative learning and facilitate effective academic results.

      Bolster personalized learning

Some students do not put in enough effort into classrooms. If a teacher can teach in a school using personalized learning methods, it would grab the students' attention. It would improve learning and increase the attendance rate.

      Effective scheduling

Enhancing student experience is the nucleus of an organization's strategy. The school system must provide an opportunity to select their preferred combination of different courses and subjects. Students can monitor their class schedules, which would discourage them from skipping classes.

      Online learning tools

Teachers must use online learning tools to develop mobile-based tests to support students in improving their skills.

Collect feedback on teaching & courses

Teachers must listen to students' feedback on teaching and learning effectiveness. The feedbacks must be taken positively by teachers to improve teaching effectiveness. Adapting lesson plans to ignite interest in subjects would ensure a high level of attendance.

      Enhance communication through chat

Personal issues impact several of the persistently absent students. Schools that execute online interactive tools would make it easier for students to communicate with their teachers and colleagues, which would significantly improve attendance rates.

      Rewards system

Rewarding fair and consistent behavior would improve student attendance.

      Better parent involvement

Parents' involvement would have the most significant impact. Teachers must inform parents of absences, poor grades, discipline issues, which would ensure lesser levels of avoidable absences.

      Create a positive environment

The management must create a friendly environment within the school that would attract the students. It would support in regularizing the irregular students. A welcoming atmosphere would have a positive impact on students' minds, resulting in an improvement in attendance.

      Providing Co-Curricular Activities

Schools must take essential measures to promote co-curricular activities. This would be an incentive for better attendance levels.
